The Rights Commission (NHRC) of India is an autonomous public body constituted on 12 October 1993 under the Protection of Human Rights Ordinance of 28 September 1993.

Educational Qualification :- All Interested Candidates should have 8th Passed, Graduation Degree, Master Degree or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University.

Pay Scale :- Applicant will get Salary Rs. 9300 – 34800/-  (Post 1,2,6,7,8,11), Rs. 5200 – 20200/- (Post 3,9,13-15), Rs. 15600 – 39100/- (Post 4,5,10,12). (Per month).

Grade Pay :- Rs 4200-7600/-
